  • When you book: the booking platform collects the details it needs to make your appointment. That platform has its own privacy policy.
  • When you call or text us: your number and anything you tell us, so we can reply.

  • To reply to your enquiry, and to manage your appointment.
  • We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

03Cookies & analytics

  • This website does not use cookies for tracking, so there is no cookie banner.
  • We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across sites.
  • The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks that a visitor is a person.

04Who sees it

  • Messages from the contact form are emailed to the salon inbox. Only the salon team reads them.
  • We share information only with the services that run this site and its booking, or where the law requires it.

05Your rights

  • You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
